We have defined different delivery options for each area we deliver to. To know which options are applicable to your area, you need to register.

We have 3 delivery options you can choose from.

• Next Day – Before 12noon (with 1hr delivery window notification)
• Next Day – Anytime (Standard Delivery with 1hr delivery window notification)
• Saturday Delivery (with 1hr delivery window notification)

Northern Ireland / Isle of Man / Isle of Scilly

1. We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery options in exceptional circumstances.

2. Your ordered items will be delivered to the shipping address provided drivers do not feel there are any health and safety issues such as a staircase which is too narrow or there is danger of damage to the customer property.

3. We know that unexpected things happen and there might be an instance when you can’t be there to receive your delivery. If so, don’t worry. Just Let us know by 12pm the day before the scheduled delivery. The delivery can be rescheduled free of charge by calling our customer help line on 01604 432094. Alternatively, you can ask us to deliver to another address.

4. We deliver Perishables productshence the you need to make provision to receive the delivery.  Our delivery partner will not redeliver the parcel but can leave the parcel in a safe place as instructed by you.
5. Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. Most goods are dispatched to you from our main distribution centre but some items are specially produced to order and as a result the delivery timeline may be impacted. In all cases, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date as soon as the item is ready to be dispatched.
